Built with layered foam, not loose filling

Many soft dog beds use loose filling that can flatten, bunch, or shift over time. The Orthopedic Bed uses layered foam construction for more consistent support.

Small and Medium beds use a 100mm profile with a 30mm medical-grade memory foam comfort layer and a 70mm high-density support base for supportive everyday comfort.

Large, Extra Large, and Giant beds use a thicker 125mm profile with a 50mm medical-grade memory foam comfort layer and a 75mm high-density support base for bigger dogs, heavier dogs, and dogs that need more substantial support.

Washable outer cover with protected foam core

The outer cover is removable and washable, making the bed easier to keep clean. The grey towelling top gives your dog a soft sleeping surface, while the stone suede sides create a neat, premium look.

Inside, the foam is protected by a non-removable white waterproof inner cover. This helps protect the foam from everyday moisture and spills without claiming that the entire bed is fully waterproof.

Practical details for real pet life

Because dogs do not lie perfectly still — they jump on, turn around, dig, stretch, and play — the underside is built with two practical layers: a D600 black canvas underside layer for durability, plus a separate non-slip mesh bottom layer that helps anchor the bed to the floor surface and reduce unwanted sliding.

The heavy-duty zip makes cover removal and refitting more practical when it is time to wash the outer cover.

The bed is suitable for indoor and covered outdoor use. For best lifespan, keep it under cover and bring it indoors during heavy rain, prolonged damp conditions, or extended direct sun.

For example, use it when the original cover is worn, marked, heavily used, or when you want a spare cover for wash days.

This is a replacement outer cover only. It does not include the foam inner or the waterproof inner cover.

Easy cleaning and rotation

Also, one cover can stay on the bed while the other cover dries after washing.

For best results, wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry only. Do not tumble dry, bleach, iron, or use fabric softener.

Limited workmanship warranty

The Orthopedic Bed – Replacement Cover carries a limited workmanship warranty only.

However, the Orthopedic Bed’s 3-Year No-Flatten Warranty and 3-month comfort guarantee do not apply to this product because this cover does not include foam.
